Distance Learning

Ø      The content and objectives are exactly the same as the conventional course. The 5 separate workbooks cover the 5 sessions as the conventional course and for trainees investing for their own development, these can be purchased separately thus allowing trainees to spread the cost of their investment. On line help is also available

Ø      Although the content and objectives are the same the presentation is very different. There are many self assessment questionnaires for the trainee to check their progress and many “pause for thought” and scenarios to enhance their learning. On line help is available for the trainee to use should difficulties be experienced.

Ø      Each trainee is given a unique reference number which is not only used in correspondence with RTMG Partnership but is printed on each page of the workbooks. Trainees must sign a declaration to the effect that they will only use the package personally and will not carry out unauthorised copying of course materials.

Ø      When the trainee is satisfied that they have completed the full 5 sections of the course they will sign a declaration to that effect and a certificate of completion will be forwarded. The help line is closed at that stage.

Ø      This course is ideal for self motivated personnel suited to learning via distance learning and who perhaps do not have the available time to attend the conventional 5 day course.
